Who Am I?

From a young age I’ve asked that question, exploring awkward and   exciting answers spanning the spectrum from scientific objective reductionism to spiritual  / metaphysical intersubjective experience.

As a serial tech entrepreneur and professional lighting designer, I have seen firsthand how the sausage is made: corporate codependency bottling up the soul, fermenting it under the pressure of worldly success.

Meanwhile, I have been blessed to practice with great teachers of pure awareness, including Jack Kornfield, Gangaji, Adyashanti, Byron Katie,   Coquelicot Gilland, and Jim Estabrook.

Along the way, through broad   lived experience, self-study  and applied practices,    I have gained some confidence in the structured improv of life. I look forward to treading the boards with you!
