Sessions

Sessions follow an intuitive flow emerging from your identified needs. As a way to open that dialog, we may start with foundations such as:  

• Articulating any challenge(s) with which you are grappling
• Cultivating awareness around what you find difficult and why
• Analyzing the language you're using to describe the problem
• Reframing the issue in ways that expand your creative flow
• Developing a toolbox for addressing future challenges

​Within this broad context, a variety of specific practices,    pointers and principles may arise. 

An initial  exploratory session is  donation based, after which  I offer a sliding scale between $60-$120 per hour.
